Associate Mortgage currently pull credit reports for
clients at the cost of $11.00 for one person and $17.00 for a couple. Whenever someone pulls your credit
report your scores ARE pulled down!
So...either use the service below or
don't have your credit pulled, if you are shopping for a mortgage or home
loan, until you've selected a broker or lender. **DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE OR PAY ANY DEBTS

The only service we currently recommend is provided by Equifax. If you are curious about your credit you can visit Experian and get reports which
do not affect your FICO® score. We looked into other companies, but they
charge a lot of money for the same service. You need to read each provider's
or service's fine print. Seems some companies charge a $10.00 monthly fee for
the same service offered by Equifax without a monthly fee (at the time of this posting).
Equifax is one of
the three major credit reporting agencies in the country and only Equifax provides their FICO® score online
(at the time of posting this page).

but...You'll get your money's worth!
You can check your Credit Report for errors and see new changes made to your credit file.
You are emailed within 24-hours when changes are made to your Credit
Report. You can pull up to 6 Equifax Credit Reports, stored online for a year, without affecting your
FICO® scores. You can even start investigations and ask questions about information you think is wrong or
didn't know about.
